Founder & Strategic Partner
Hadrien Kesslow is a pioneer in European family business advisory, with a reputation built over four decades of cross-border strategic counsel. Trained originally as a corporate lawyer, he transitioned into advising family firms after recognizing the unique blend of emotional intelligence, legal expertise, and long-term thinking required in this space.
He founded the practice after a long tenure at an international trust company, where he advised ultra-high-net-worth clients on succession and asset structuring. Hadrien specializes in ownership transitions, shareholder alignment, and governance charter development.
He holds degrees from KU Leuven and INSEAD, and speaks five languages fluently. In his spare time, Hadrien enjoys restoring antique clocks and hiking in the Dolomites.
Dr. Evelyne Raukstein
Senior Advisor – Succession & Governance
Evelyne Raukstein is a seasoned advisor specializing in family business continuity and governance structures. With over 25 years of experience, Evelyne has supported multi-generational families across Europe in navigating complex transitions, blending financial acumen with a deep understanding of interpersonal dynamics.
She holds a PhD in Organizational Psychology from the University of Lausanne and began her career in executive coaching before shifting her focus to family enterprises. Evelyne is known for her ability to foster trust and alignment across generations, helping families preserve both their wealth and their legacy.
Outside of work, she’s a keen reader of historical fiction and volunteers with programs that mentor young female entrepreneurs.
